Pipe and drape backdrops are an easy and affordable way to adorn partition rooms, events, and more. They’re perfect for a wedding canopy, show booth, head table, photo booth, a VIP area, etc. The backdrops can also be used to cover up plain walls and elevate an entire room.
Standard pipe and drape backdrops have a maximum width of 12 feet with up to 8 or 10 feet in height.
Our linens are of the best quality with a flame retardant poly superior drape material. There is no need to iron the drapes because they are wrinkle-free.
In order to assure availability, we recommend scheduling your backdrop rentals 30-60 days prior to the event. Many customers make reservations long in advance so that they have one less thing to worry about afterward. We can usually accommodate rush orders as well; just give us a call; we’re happy to assist you.
In order to get you started, here are a few simple questions to ask yourself in the early phases of your backdrop rentals:
A backdrop composed of traditional black masking fabric is your best bet if you want to create a discreet background with no distractions. It absorbs light and sound, allowing the action in front of the curtain to take center stage.
Do you want to host a stunning performance? Consider silver eyelash curtains or a variety of other intriguing and unique fabrics. You can also print on or paint fabrics to make your background into a one-of-a-kind, branded focal piece.
In favor of indoor events, you can choose from a wide range of flame-retardant and durable background textiles made of cotton, mixed fiber, polyester, and other materials.
Weather, glare, and wind are all factors to consider when choosing an outdoor backdrop. Outdoor backgrounds are often composed of polyester or PVC, which can withstand extreme weather while yet remaining fire-resistant. Mesh backgrounds, such as a Deauville mesh, can be the greatest backdrop solution for a windy scenario.
If you’re only going to use a backdrop once, you might not care as much about how sturdy and easy it is to move. Thus, backdrop rentals are the preferable choice.
However, if you’re going to use a backdrop multiple times and move it from location to location, you want to make sure the cloth is crease-free, foldable, and durable. Therefore, buying one can suit your needs best.
Because lighting is such a crucial part of any event (especially weddings), you should think about how your background and lights you’re using interact.
Choose a wide fabric with no seams if you want to illuminate your backdrop for a subtle yet dramatic impact. Using a shimmering fabric like a metallic to reflect or disperse the light evenly for a dramatic effect, might help you optimize the impact of your backlit backdrop.
